"First let me say I have never written a review before, but Sam did such a wonderful job that I felt it was the right thing to do. We have hired a number of contractors over the last few years and Sam's Hardwood Floors was the only company that did exactly what they said they would do in the time frame Sam quoted. We had purchased a new home and the floors were in really bad shape. Sam refinished all the floors upstairs, downstairs and stairways and they look great. When he arrived he had asked what color stain we were thinking about...we knew we did not want a light color. Without us asking he had sanded an area of flooring to the bare wood and set up four separate square taped out areas with different color stains. This really made it easy for us to make a decision. We had not yet moved into the house prior to the floors being refinished, every night Sam would send pictures of the work he had completed that day. Can you think of the last time a contractor has taken the time to do that? We cannot say enough about his work and professionalism. I am very particular and would definitely hire Sam again and highly recommend him to others."

"When no one else would respond, Just Floors was willing to restore the third story wooden floor of our historic home. They were able to get the job done in only a few days, which was impressive since it appears no one had ever taken proper care of the 100+ year old floor. We were given 4 stain samples to choose from, with a polyurethane top coat. Some circular sanding marks are visible under the finish where the corners got tight (it was an oddly shaped space they were working in) but overall I am extremely satisfied with their work considering the state of the floor before they arrived. The customer service is excellent, with very friendly staff, and the price was within our range to not break the bank during the restoration process we've undergone."
