Great guy very professional he was not after my money he told me ways to save money and his work is phenomenal if there were 10 stars I would give him 11… I recommend him to anyone !

Mr. Madanat installed my laminate floors with great skill. He is a consummate professional and most courteous. He was neat and efficient. I would, without reservation, hire him again.

I hired Michael to remove to install vinyl plank flooring in three rooms plus a foyer in preparation for putting my house on the market. I have a crazy busy schedule and he was quick to accommodate our first meeting, the installation and final work very quickly. He made wonderful suggestions about color choices and positioning of the planks for visual appeal, and was kind enough to pick up the transition pieces which were back ordered. He works very efficiently, cleans up after himself and is great to work with. I have used several contractors in my home, a formal rental property, and I have yet to meet anyone that matches the integrity of Michael. His many years of experience plus his eye for visual appeal is unmatched.

Michael was personable, professional and timely. He was very good at communication and showed up exactly on time. He did not waste any time he was at the house. He cleaned up after all his work, and went above and beyond in service. Highly recommend.

Michael was quick to respond to our query, very professional, and courteous in general. He quoted us a fair price to install our new vinyl plank flooring and did a very nice job. He took a day and a half to finish our upstairs hallway and 3 bedrooms, quicker than the two days quoted. He and Tony (Cuz) even started and finished a day early which was great for us. We are very happy with our new floors and will recommend Michael to friends and family.
