We had appliance issues with our dishwasher and were using it as a drying rack for over a year rather than using it to its full potential. We were finally fed up and figured we would call in the big guns. Nick took less than 5 minutes to find the issue and immediately ordered all parts needed to fix the dishwasher. Nick had our dishwasher up in running in 15 minutes once the parts arrived! Our fridge is currently on the way out, and instead of purchasing a new one, we hired Nick again to diagnose! They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "
