"Matt did a good job putting my bed together and I have no complaints about that. The only thing I would say is he is a bit pricey. $160.00 to put the bed together that took 1 1/2 hrs should not have cost that much."

"I recently had my shingle roof replaced and I?m very happy with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and completed the job efficiently. The quality of the work is excellent, and the new roof looks great. They kept the work area clean and communicated well throughout the process. Small jobs welcome

"Matt rebuilt my deck from the subframe up. He is meticulous with his woodworking skills. He finished the job in less than four days and it is far and above what I expected. My new deck is as solid as ever and with a few of Mattâ s subtle touches in the railings and stairway it looks better than ever. I couldnâ t be happier! Mattâ s impeccable work is well worth his price. He left my property neat and clean and made sure I was absolutely satisfied with the entire job before he left. I will not hesitate to call Northeast Custom Built-Ins for my next project."

"This company was suggested to me by Mass Save, and I am very happy we went with them. They were fast, accommodating, and did great work. My home had no previous insulation, so it was more complex than other newer homes. Any issues they ran into, they would inform me and we would find a fast solution for them. This could have been a disruptive project, but Miguel and his team made it very smooth. It is difficult to find good and honest employees who genuinely care about the customer. I will definitely be hiring them in the future!"

Pool Table Assembly questions, answered by experts

Whether or not a pool needs a dedicated circuit depends on the electrical needs of the motor, lights, and pump. Keep in mind that pool motors can use a lot of electricity. A dedicated circuit can prevent the breaker from tripping whenever you use the pool. A small motor for an equally small pool may only need a GFCI outlet. It’s best to plug it directly into the outlet rather than using an extension cord. You should also consult an electrician to ensure your pool’s electrical system is in accordance with local regulations.

You should add one 3-inch chlorine tablet for every 5,000 gallons of water in your pool. If you have a smaller pool, it’s better to use 1-inch chlorine tablets so you don’t accidentally add too much chlorine. Alternatively, you can add two to three ounces of powdered chlorine or half a gallon of liquid chlorine for every 5,000 gallons of water.

While you can install an above ground pool on most level surfaces, you’ll need sand to protect your liner from tearing. For example, rocks, plants, and twigs can take a toll on your liner. Adding sand will help level the pool even more. For additional support, you can also use angled foam or a foam pool cove.

Permits are generally required to build an in-ground swimming pool. These permits cover aspects like zoning, safety fencing, and electrical work. Obtaining the correct permits involves coordination with local building authorities.

While spools are much smaller than pools, some clever features still allow you to get your laps in. Some spools include directional jets to create a “current” you can use to swim laps in a smaller space. They also allow you to use your spool as a spa when you’re done swimming.
