"Matt did a good job putting my bed together and I have no complaints about that. The only thing I would say is he is a bit pricey. $160.00 to put the bed together that took 1 1/2 hrs should not have cost that much."

"Overall excellent experience. Will definitely hire again. Workmanship was great. Communication was prompt and professional. The project took much longer than expected due to weather and material issues but came out great in the end."

"Spiro did an amazing job. He reviewed the job ( replacement of 11 windows @ my son's house) and gave me a fair and honest quote. He was very knowledgeable of the Harvey window products . His quote was the best of all the contractors I had quote the job. The most impressive aspect of the job was Spiro's workmanship from preparation through installation and clean up. We were totally satisfied."

Pool Table Assembly questions, answered by experts

When looking into fiberglass vs. concrete pools, you will notice a big price difference. A fiberglass pool costs $15,000 to $75,000, whereas a concrete pool costs $35,000 to $100,000. While concrete pools are customizable, fiberglass is faster to install and requires less maintenance. Additionally, you can expect to pay $25,000 to maintain a concrete pool over a ten-year span. On the other hand, a fiberglass pool only requires basic maintenance like testing water levels and cleaning.

Yes, you should keep your pool pump running when adding salt, and leave it running for 24 to 48 hours. This will help circulate the salt to ensure even distribution. You will want to turn off your pool’s salt chlorine generator before adding salt and leave it off until it fully dissolves. Check your manufacturer’s instructions for steps specific to your saltwater pool maintenance.

The lifespan of a semi-aboveground pool depends on the lining, but they last between seven and 15 years on average. This is right in line with what you can expect from a standard aboveground pool. In comparison, an in-ground pool can last up to 75 years with a well-maintained concrete liner.

Your pool should only lose around 1/4 of an inch of water per day, give or take. More wind, sunlight, and heat will cause this number to increase, while rainy or cloudy days will decrease the amount of water that evaporates.

Sometimes, homeowners choose to install their pool on concrete, foam tiles, or patio pavers. Leveled dirt is also fine, as long as it’s not sod or grass. Regardless, you’ll need to install sand as a buffer to prevent your liner from tearing. Some pool installers also use a protective foam pool pad.
