We received an immediate call back from Alex and he came to our house that same day to quote the project. He gave us a fair price and we decided to him for the job. We definitely made the right choice. He gave us a tentative date of Tuesday or Wednesday and showed up on Tuesday. The work done was just perfect. They stayed with us until the job was completed.. which was only a few days. They arrived very early and stayed late. The yard was spotless when they were done. Some decisions in life can be difficult, hiring a contractor included. We can say with 100% confidence that you won't regret hiring VPA Construction. Tom Saint Painting & Remodeling LLCOur circa 1790 home needed a full exterior makeover which included exterior painting and siding and carpentry work. Tom and his team did an amazing job. They made the home look brand new. They were professional, on time, and had great attention to detail. We are very happy with the finished product. Tom also framed our windows which really increased curb appeal. What made me choose Tom is the fact that he specifically addressed the issue with our past paint job, rather than glossing over it. We had paint that was bubbling and peeling in large portions; most other companies we got bids from just wanted to spot sand and paint over the issue. Villwell Contractors I wanted to express how pleased we are with the quality of work of the Villwell contractors, the professionalism of the Villwell team and especially recognized John as your project manager. John always was polite, reactive to our needs, work around our schedule, answer all our correspondence promptly. When we had an issue with a leak in the newly installed roof, he was over in hours at the site overseeing the sub-contractors repairs. Matter of fact he brought his own crew over a few days later and the work over three hours on the roof making sure the repair was done properly. Any cosmetic issues he took care of seamlessly.
