Len and his team were amazing! He came out right away and actually looked at our two-story porch—something other contractors had written off as a total tear-down that would cost a fortune. Instead, Len worked with us to come up with a smart, affordable fix that fit well within our budget. He completed the job on time and with great quality. I would absolutely have him back for more work, and several people who’ve seen the results are blown away and already asking for his contact info. Highly recommend!

Len came out and did a great job with our deck repair job. We needed some boards and railings replaced which he was able to do in one day at a much more competitive rate than others who we met with. We will definitely return to him for future work on our house.

Len did a great job fixing our old wooden deck. It had several rotting boards and steps and he fixed it all up. The estimate was exactly what was he estimated even though there were other problems, there were no extra charges. I will definitely recommend his company to my family, friends and neighbors.

I used Advanced Construction CT to replace the floorboards on my back deck. A number of boards were rotted. Len promptly came out to give me a bid, which reasonable for the work being done. He was friendly and clear about how he proposed to do the job. When another job got delayed he asked if he could move my job up, which was fine by me. He showed up on time and began working immediately. The entire job was finished in a day and a half. The deck looks great and Len cleaned up all the old material and disposed it. I highly recommend Advanced Construction and would absolutely use them again.

Len and Benny did an excellent job on my deck. They put in a new staircase and replaced another as well as changing out all the railing. They were professional and were there when they said they would be. Very responsive to our requests and fair price. I will use them again and highly recommend. What an excellent job by Len and his crew rebuilding my deck, installing a stair rail, and performing repairs on our siding. I highly recommend Len's business to anyone looking to have decking installed / repaired. Efficient and economical. Plus Len explains the work to be preformed and extends an invitation to observe the work being preformed. Outstanding.

Len answered my request to repair my relatively new deck that was built by another contractor. He was happy to do this repair, brought all the necessary materials and came within a day to fix it! Len was very responsive to any questions I had throughout the whole project. He was professional and his work was excellent . The only thing I would i suggest for future work is to have the breakdown on material cost and labor so I know exactly what Iâ m paying for . Overall , was very pleased with his work.

Len told me for $2000 more he would do the decking in trex so I thought that was a wise investment. I also asked him to rebulld a small deck off the laundry room which they half assed it. the decking also has a board going down the middle which is not level with the rest of the deck. this guy is a hacker stay away from him! I'm sorry i ever used him to replace my deck. You get what you pay for in this business. the vinyl railings he put up are homedepot quality. Also the steps for the deck are failing and will have to be replaced soon. Horrible job putting up the white latice around the sides of the deck.

We hired Len Robbins to do a roof repair on two small homes in July 2023. The crew completed the work on one roof, and have yet to complete the work on the other roof. Also, the crew left all the old roof debris on the ground around the houses which remain to be cleaned up. Len Robbins shared the pictures of the completed roof, and we paid him before visiting the site...our mistake. But he gave a sob story about having to keep his company afloat, needing to make end of week pay roll, having to pay out a worker comp... Then our elderly parents went to the house and were unable to enter because of all of the debris that remained, it's a hazard. We have contacted Len Robbins multiple times to get this addressed, and have been completed ghosted, no response. Before hiring Len Robbins read all the low star reviews here, they all ring true, and mirror our experience. I don't know about the higher ratings? Is he writing them himself??? And his response to the lower ratings? All the customers fault, no apologies. We will be hiring an attorney to get this work finished, and we will be report in Len Robbins to the Better Business Bureau and the Department of Consumer Protection

Solid team -- skilled and efficient. Replaced 4 concrete deck piers, repaired house siding along deck, and replaced old facia section. Good work -- complete cleanup. Results were exactly as contracted.

Len was extreme;y professional and his crew matched him in commitment and building expertise. Thanks to them I was able to save a ;dying deck and now it looks as good as new and is a whole lot stronger to boot. I highly recommend Advanced construction .

Owner Len Robbins came to our deck project with an open mind. He saw the obvious need to replace the most visible components of a badly weathered, unmaintained, poorly constructed 20'x24' deck, but also argued for keeping some structural components -- some joists and headers -- that were in excellent condition and would last as long as any new components. He identified the structural features needing upgrades -- thicker foundation posts, closer spacing of joists, missing cross-bracing, new footers -- and worked with us through several different quotes as we considered wood vs composite options, involving many on-site visits, phone calls, and email exchanges. The final product saved us thousands over the more typical clear-cutting approach to deck building. Although the work started later than we had hoped, due to delays on finishing a previous project, Len and his crew, led by Rumulio, stayed with our project to completion once they had started, finishing by Xmas. We cannot wait for winter to end so that we can begin to truly enjoy our new deck. We recommend Len Robbins enthusiastically as a no-nonsense, knowledgeable, and cordial contractor, and a great partner in any construction project. We would definitely hire him again.
