"3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half,all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails.All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier. "I called them because they have a full page ad on the back of my local Plymouth, CT newspaper. I needed a door replaced and I knew it was going to be a custom order. The phone number rang to a call center and they took my message. Didn't hear back for days. I called to follow up and eventually a "contractor" called me. He refused to inspect worksite and instead asked for photos, texts and measurements. Weeks later he texted me to say he had a quote for the work but he didn't actually tell me the quote. He then IGNORED my calls and texts. After multiple attempts to call or text with no response and NO QUOTE, I have given up on this company. WORST CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. I guess they would rather bill your insurance company than do a "small" cash job? THERE ARE BETTER CONTRACTORS IN CONNECTICUT. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK."

"The experience we had collaborating with Jeremy and the Sensible Home Products (SHP) team was outstanding and one beyond anything we could have imagined. Jeremy demonstrated a level of trust that gave us comfort that the needed improvements made to our 90-year-old home, were appropriate and that the house would be safe, secure, and visually pleasing for future generations. The SHP billing approach was clear so there were never any surprises. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonably the project ended up costing. Observing Jeremy and the SHP teamwork was amazing. I have never seen such a talented, dedicated, caring, and creating team. They worked with amazing efficiency and effectiveness. I can attest, based on other projects we have taken on, this project would have taken much longer than the five short weeks (including Christmas and below freezing temperatures) this took. The quality of their work was remarkable and the pride in their workmanship was always evident. The extra touches he included in the project and the counsel he provided gave us 100% confidence that he would do what was right and that he, and SHP, would go above and beyond. The house is beautiful, and Jeremy and SHP will always hold a place in our hearts. They are an absolute gift, and they are now considered part of our family. I did not know Jeremy before this project, but I now count him as a friend.
