"The two guys who came were personable and professional. However, they didn't disconnect the duct at the dryer end and I ended up needing to do so myself to clean the flex-vent connecting the dryer to the main duct myself. When doing so, I discovered that the duct within the dryer cabinet itself seemed loose. I ended up hiring an appliance repair guy recommended by Angie's List to check into it and it turns out that the connection between the internal duct and the fan housing had never been taped when it was installed. The dryer cabinet was completely coated with a thick layer of lint. It was apparent that the internal duct had been disconnected for years, so this is in no way the fault of the duct cleaners."

"I had a lot of additional cost. It ended up at $1500. They only cleaned three, for the big deal. And then, I had a thing that they put in to make sure that the air stays clean. They said I had a humidifier on my furnace and they said that it had to come off. And then, they said you can get a much better one and then they kind of disappeared and they didn't talk about it or really sit down and have a conversation with me. I'm not even sure why they had to take it off or what they did."

His crew, lead by Steve, were punctual and very efficient. They also were very polite and considerate.
As for the roof replacement, they did a great job even though the weather was not about to co-operate. Steve really impressed me with his ability to watch the weather and then fit in as much work as possible without exposing the house to water damage. The job took a couple more days than planned but the end result is a good looking roof and no issues inside. Chimeny flashing also came out very nice.
As for the cleanup, they we great. No mess, no damage, no nails lying around.
Basically, all was done as proposed and them some.
Lastly, what with Hurricane Sandy showing up before my shingles had a chance to fully adhere, I lost a handful to the high winds. One call to Brian and the guys were out there the next day remedying the situation. They even fixed an issue with my soffit material that really had nothing to do with the roof job. Great customer service!
