"I worked with Mike back in 2020 for my initial mice issue and I asked him to come back to help with what I thought was another issue with mice. I initially reached out to a few other companies, but they wanted to have an estimator come first and then they would send out a different technician to come to take care of the work. This was going to be a 3-4 weeks process so I decided to go with Mike who I had worked with before (Note. not knowing what the potential costs would be). I am so thankful that it didn't work out with the other companies and I chose Mike to come help again. We worked out a good time for him to come over and he helped determine what my issue is and even mentioned that I could take care of the issue myself instead of him doing the work and charging me for it.
