"I called them because they have a full page ad on the back of my local Plymouth, CT newspaper. I needed a door replaced and I knew it was going to be a custom order. The phone number rang to a call center and they took my message. Didn't hear back for days. I called to follow up and eventually a "contractor" called me. He refused to inspect worksite and instead asked for photos, texts and measurements. Weeks later he texted me to say he had a quote for the work but he didn't actually tell me the quote. He then IGNORED my calls and texts. After multiple attempts to call or text with no response and NO QUOTE, I have given up on this company. WORST CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. I guess they would rather bill your insurance company than do a "small" cash job? THERE ARE BETTER CONTRACTORS IN CONNECTICUT. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK."

I call their office and asked to get some excavation of removing a couple of tree stumps in my yard and to put down approx. 20 yds. of gravel in an area near my shed. It was just about three or four days and they call me back to confirm to come out the next day, June 22. Their employee came by early in the morning and went over all the project. Figured out what equipment he needed and measured up for the materials and started the work about an hour later. He was very cautious and caring about minimal damaging to the yard. After removing the stumps he graded the surrounding area with the machine to the point where I only needed to rake it out to plant new grass. The gravel was put down flat and clean; not a mess. I would definitely hire them again."
