"Honestly, I have never had such a positive experience with a contractor. they showed up on time, were friendly, polite, courteous, clean and efficient. In a single day they installed the entire system and left the place clean (within reason). This included jack hammering more than 30 feet of concrete floor and complete water ejection. Unbelievable. Spin the snake continuously, but don’t try to feed it through the pipe anymore. Keep spinning until you feel it break the clog apart.
