Customer service was very nice when scheduling but the actual repair person that came to our house was incompetent. They would not even attempt to repair our broken DCS stove knob because it was an older model and they would not be able to warranty the work. To be clear we didn't require a warranty- what we wanted was a working stove knob. Also, the repair person who came to the appointment knew nothing about the stove. He spoke to someone else on the phone to assess whether or not he could even repair it. Honestly, I could have phoned that information in myself and saved the $150 'diagnostic fee' (which on the phone I was told would be $150 but when he arrived he told my husband it would be $199- seems like gaslighting to me). He looked at the stove, called someone who knew more than he did, and then told us he couldn't do anything to fix it. He charged us and left. This was a poor experience and not only will I not recommend Action Appliance, I will actively advocate not using them to my friends and neighbors. If the company would like to discuss this further I am more than willing to have a conversation about our experience.

Do yourself a favor stay away. From doing bussiness with these folks.

I hired this company to repair my stove. They ordered the wrong parts for my stove three times. I waited a month before they could even figure out what part to order. I requested my money back for the service call, so I could hire someone else and they initially agree then refused. Their initial fee is higher than other companies in my area. They insisted on that money upfront because they have no intention of reimbursing your 138.20$ regardless if they can fix your appliance or not. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Prompt response on a Saturday. Problem diagnosed quickly, but part not on truck. Returned early Monday AM with part and problem solved.

They saved us money on a part since they had it with them and had us write a lowered amount on our check.

They are friendly and professional. The technician was very personable and took the time to help me understand the problem. He didn't just advise how to clean the dishwasher but actually started the cleaning process with me.

This company worked out very well. They came to fix the issue I had on my dishwasher. I could have done with out the phone calls and emails that go along with the service. After you confirm the night before with the appointment the next day 2 people still called me to confirm that I would be there. I feel that is a over kill. Other wise not to bad to work with.
