They replaced our roof which is a steep tricky roof and were able to get it done in one day. Where our first floor roof meets the siding we had some rot on some siding along the roof edge. Brian looked closer and said half the roofline needed to be cut out. Instead of just replacing the bad siding, Brian cut out a line across the entire edge so that it would look uniform. He fixed and replaced the flashing and covered it with plastic wood. He recommended this for aesthetics and to help prevent any further degradation. Adding an additional unforeseen cost, we feel that the cost was competitive and fair for the amount of time, material and attention to detail."

"3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half,all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails.All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier. Every one was so accommodating and friendly. They took care of everything. I didn't need to do anything and it gave me peace of mind. Once the roof shingles were removed, the project manager did a thorough inspection and determined we had 4 areas with rotted plywood.
