"I'd like to give a AAA+ rating to Ron and Jeremy owners of Cawiamca LLC. These guys are top notch! Ron provided competitive pricing for my new furnace system and installation. Jeremy did the install in less than a full day. I've had the system for little over a year. They came back this fall for an annual cleaning and I signed up with them for a service contract. Fast forward to December 24th Christmas eve. We lost power in Essex and my generator tripped the furnace off due to a surge. I called Ron who was out of state at the time. The NEC requires electrical outlets be installed in a kitchen that has a sink 12 inches wide and 24 inches deep. According to the code, that outlet must be within 2 feet of the kitchen sink.
