"Absolutely terrible experience with this company — completely unprofessional, rude, and a total scam. I paid $1,200 for a chimney cleaning and repointing, and the work cracked in less than a week. The job was sloppy, uneven, and poorly done, showing no attention to detail. To make matters worse, one of the workers even quoted us for an additional $5800 job that was illegal, practically impossible, and no plan to pull a permit. When I spoke with the owner, Dave, he cussed me out instead of taking responsibility.
