They did not show up as scheduled. They showed up a different day when I was not home and only did some windows. Many windows could not be done because they had screens in them. They did not contact me or wash the rest of the windows.

They were on time and had all the materials with them. The window is large, and there were enough people to handle its removal and replacement. It was necessary to remove trim around the window on the outside, and it was replaced with a better option. It looks great!
