so clean It is beautiful The outer Kitchen cabinets came out so nice I cant tell you how wonderful I felt when I walked in to a spotless house and the faint sent oranges I am looking forward to them coming again

"[Member name removed], When we spoke to you it was explained to you that the service you were looking for was not a service we provided in your area. As Lori explained to you, in Amston we wash windows and do specialty cleaning, but due to the distance factor and the size of the job we could not service you on a regular basis because it would not be feasible for us to do so. Lori never at anytime told you that we refused to come and assess your home; she told you the services that we could provide and you then admonished her for being a deceptive individual. Our ad is not at all deceptive and I am surprised that someone would take out the time to write a review as you have solely because we could not provide you with the exact service you required. We were honest and upfront with you so that we would not waste yours or our time. Unfortunately we are not able to take on every single job in the area that we cover for a myriad of reasons. Sadly this could not be conveyed to you."
Servitium is an Affordable Luxury
Our family does not have an abundance of time. We noticed that cleaning the house was falling to the "bottom of the list." While a few of our neighbors used cleaning services, the recommendations were adequate or not available so we looked on Angie's List for suggestions. Lori came over to do a walk through the house so she could get an understanding of and set our expectations and to provide a quote. She followed up when she said she was going to follow up and the quote was definitely reasonable.
Lori and her team spent 5.5 hours doing a deep clean, which is needed to get the house up to a maintenance level.
Lori and her team have been coming every other week for a few months now and we are so happy with the services and the people who she employs. They are thorough, prompt, courteous/friendly. We strongly recommend Lori and Servitium.

"Dr. [removed member name], I am happy to hear that you were able to find a company that could serve your needs because I know it would have been nearly impossible for us to do so. First, I showed up an hour earlier for the quote than was expected because you told me you had an evening engagement and the earlier I could come the better. I switched my quote schedule around to accommodate you and your evening. When I arrived you pulled in behind me and you noted how ironic it was that you followed me all the way down the road to your driveway. Next you made my conducting the quote quite difficult by insisting I go from room by room because you wanted the quote broken up into sections because you were not sure of what you wanted me to do and what your cleaning woman would do and what you were able to spend. You changed your mind on several instances about what you did and didn't want done and how you wanted it done. At the conclusion of the tour you allowed me to go around the exterior of the house to count up the job and it took me five minutes to do so. Your tour took nearly 45 minutes which I agree with you, was to long, but it was done that way at your insistence. You were interested with being presented with different scenarios for having the work done such as first floor only, second floor included and various rooms deleted such as entry's,garage, basement and the mudroom and the palladium window not being disassembled, as well as the issues with the sky-lites. In the end no contract was sent to you because we were unable to accommodate you on the date that you wanted and we informed you that we would not be able to schedule you for work in a timely fashion plus you were not happy with the quote that was offered. As a reminder the following is my Email to you: "As we discussed Saturday evening, the first floor would be 360 dollars and Servitium will cover the sales tax for you. The entire job would be 400 dollars plus sales tax. The only issue we can not guarantee is the interiors of the skylights facing the driveway due to the framing of the windows which does not allow for the removal of the screens.The basement windows are excluded." There was no as you said,"switcheroo". Again I am happy that you found a company to serve you and that it worked out to the benefit of all parties. Regards, Bruce Lawler, Manager"

Extremely pleased with Lori and her staff. Lori was very responsive to my initial contact via email and voicemail.
She setup a time where we could meet to complete a walk through of the house. She was very pleasant and professional. She stated exactly what her company does from a service perspective and what I should expect as a prospective customer.
We agreed on a future date and time. Her employees showed up on time and prepared to work. The two ladies that cleaned the house, Ariel and Sarah, did an outstanding job!! They went way above and beyond what they needed to do from a cleaning perspective.
When I came home from work I found that they were still there working. I was pleasantly surprised to see how hard they were working, how diligent they had been and how much attention to detail they had paid.
I cant say enough about how hard Ariel and Sarah had worked on the house. It was spotless. They made sure to clean not only on the surface of things but under them as well as behind them.
I'm so happy with the service I received from Lori and her staff that I plan to have an ongoing regularly scheduled date and time where I will have her staff come back to clean the house.
I cant say enough good things about this provider. I have dealt with some others from the list lately that were nowhere near as responsible and professional as this one.
I would highly recommend Lori's company to any friend, neighbor or family member that needs a superior cleaning service!
