The pro who completed the job was very nice and friendly 5 stars however the carpet is still dirty and he cleaned with no steam. The service was 3 stars.

Steven was terrific and professional and the price was reasonable. I was able to schedule the appt. within the week and on a Sunday morning. He cleaned a large area rug, a large sectional couch and a wall to wall carpet in three hours. Highly recommend!

Michael arrived right on time, set up and went right to work cleaning my patio cushions and pillows. He finished in about an hour and 15 minutes. When I inspected, I found that everything looked totally clean. I was very pleased with the service.
