"After reading the excellent reviews of Goodfellows Windows, I reached out to the company for a quote. Gary, the owner, came to my house and quoted an amazingly affordable figure. We decided to replace every window in the house including a large bay window. We also replaced a sliding glass door off of our family room, a outside door leading to our deck, and a front door unit consisting of a door and a glass window with internal shades. Because of Covid 19, our order took longer than projected. This was not the fault of Goodfellows. Our sliding door, deck door, and front door were put in first. The workers, Phil and Orlando took meticulous care to make sure everything fit perfectly. The windows finally arrived in early July and were installed over a three day period. There was a total of 28 windows. Some installation required extra work, but this was accomplished by the highly skilled team of Phil and Orlando. Gary was onsite during the entire procedure. I cannot overemphasize my satisfaction with the job performed. They even removed all my blinds and reinstalled them after the windows were put in. "I had a storm door literally hanging by one hinge! I called Nixon same day and he said he could get to me on the same day. He texted me but I didn’t see it. He showed up as I was running out the door to an appt. He said he could fix it while i was gone and he did just that! Sent me photos of the door. I asked him to meet me at my appt which was 15 mins away so I could pay him. He charged me a very reasonable price and when I got home I saw that he did and excellent job on the storm door. He added some extra screws. We get crazy wind and weather and now I don’t have to worry about the door falling off and glass all over the place. Nixon is very professional and trustworthy and knows his craft!"
