He returned my call promptly, listened carefully to what I needed, and was able to go out to my house within a few days to look at the space available for the two needed light fixtures. He then gave me excellent advice on the type of fixtures that would fit, and the exact sizees I needed to order, as well as what locations would work best for connecting them to the existing wiring. Using his advice, I was able to order the fixtures, which he then came out again to install. He obviously has good skills, but he was also prompt, efficient, honest, and very professional. "My review of the work I have had done by Thomas Gianni & Sons Inc.. They really did a great job of working on my property. I call their office and asked to get some excavation of removing a couple of tree stumps in my yard and to put down approx. 20 yds. of gravel in an area near my shed. It was just about three or four days and they call me back to confirm to come out the next day, June 22. Their employee came by early in the morning and went over all the project. Figured out what equipment he needed and measured up for the materials and started the work about an hour later. He was very cautious and caring about minimal damaging to the yard. After removing the stumps he graded the surrounding area with the machine to the point where I only needed to rake it out to plant new grass. The gravel was put down flat and clean; not a mess. I would definitely hire them again."
