Previously stained doors and banisters were painted, ceilings, too. In addition he replaced cracked windows and glazed those and additional ones, 20 in all. He replaced exterior fascia boards and flashing. He repaired squirrel damaged supports and painted those exterior repairs as well as some previous work by another carpenter. He is honest, reliable, conscientious and has a great disposition. He made valuable suggestions which affected my design decisions. He was willing to accommodate additional requests. For example he wired in a new wall fixture. As I told him, the only unhappy residents were the squirrels."
