+ -1 moreHe painted my deck which started pealing a week later. He added a tile and cover to the chimney both of which blew away in a storm. No other chimneys in the neighborhood suffered damage. The chimney had a year to set. His idea of gutter guards to keep out leaves and needles is ineffective and looks poorly. He saw that the deck was pealing and blames the paint company. The paint company came out and took a sample and blames Joe.
