Jeremy demonstrated a level of trust that gave us comfort that the needed improvements made to our 90-year-old home, were appropriate and that the house would be safe, secure, and visually pleasing for future generations. This trust emerged from the initial quote that described the specific steps SHP would follow, to leaving the work area, every day, as spotless as when the team showed up, to traveling to the Boston area for a door that was not available at a store in Connecticut, to creatively and thoughtfully solving the issues and challenges the house threw at SHP, to taking every requested addition to the project with a can do attitude. I can attest, based on other projects we have taken on, this project would have taken much longer than the five short weeks (including Christmas and below freezing temperatures) this took.
