I picked out the carpet I wanted easily enough, and there was no delay in placing my order. The carpeting was readily available and ordered and delivered promptly. Matsons had to change the original installation date on me but gave me enough notice that it was not a big deal.
On the day of installation, the 2 workers to do the job arrived on time and were friendly and courteous enough. All work was completed timely and correctly. The installers did not leave any mess behind.
The installed carpet looks very good except that the seam where the two pieces of carpeting were stitched together after both pieces were laid down is a little more noticeable than I would like. But remember - this is in a basement, not a living room or bedroom.
Overall - a good job done, for a reasonable price, by a local outfit.
I would use Matsons again.
