Contacted PVP by email on 6/9/23. Was responded to and made arrangements for a 6/13 estimate at 5. No one arrived, waited til 530 and checked my emails. They were running late (phone call would have been better) and we rescheduled to 6/15 at 5. No worries until no one showed up, emailed or called on 6/15 or 6/16 (a Friday). Called there on 6/19 and greeted w a hello, had to ask who I was calling and who was I talking to, even though I called the business number. Was told by Jesse, whom I had made my original arraignments through that they were very busy. Well I'm very busy too and I think it was very unprofessional the way this was handled. Waited for them on two different occasions after Jesse made the date and time appointments, and guessing wouldn't have heard from them again until I called them this morning. Bottom line not interested in using them if they are not interested in showing up.

They were great. From my inquiry to Angie's, to time of quote was about 1 day. I was very happy with the quote, signed an agreement, and had the work complete in about 2 weeks (their actual on sight 1 day). Our dooryard had several nooks and off shoots and several elevation (drainage) changes that required finesse. The crew accomplished the deviations with great care and expertise. My wife and I couldn't be happier with their work.

Terrible experience! The new driveway was not pitched properly, which led to standing water and pooling in front of my parents door. When my 78 year old mother pointed this out to the owner (Jesse) he said he would correct the issue but required final payment. My mother was not comfortable with this. Jesse threatened my mother that he would "rip the driveway out if she did not pay". He scared my mother and she paid. I have tried numerous times to coordinate with Jesse, Alex and their office secretary. They set dates and do not show. They do not call or text back. This has been going on for 6 months, they continue to advertise openings for paving but have yet to fix my parents issue. As we approach the winter months I am extremely concerned about my parents slipping and falling. I would strongly caution anyone from using this company - what a nightmare!

"PIoneer Valley Paving came back prior to the end of the paving season when weather permitted and removed the newly paved driveway that the customer was not happy with and replaced it with a new driveway that was pitched the way the customer wanted. All this additional work was done at no cost to the customer and was replaced free of charge."

Mostly went well--3.5 stars more accurate. Price was good and competitive. Communication was mostly good--a bit better before the job than after. My neighbor and I both needed some follow-up, and we had to really persist to get things done, which ultimately they were. A bit more damage to the lawn and mediocre reseeding job than I would've liked, but all in all would recommend them

Communication with AJ at PVP was exceptional. Unfortunately, weather delayed the job several times, but AJ kept in contact with me almost daily with updates and the job was completed as soon as the weather cleared. The finished product was outstanding. It was beyond my expectations. PVP also placed seeded loam around the area disturbed by the work. I would definitely recommend PVP for paving and concrete work.
