"Extremely satisfied.  Company was responsive (My initial call to them was on Xmas Day when I noticed the sewer backed up in my back yard).  They called me back immediately and  agreed to send someone to look at it the next day (after ansering some questions, we agreed it was not an emergency) - they came the next day as promised and even called prior to their arrival.  The plumber assessed the situation and took pictures to send back to Larry.  I spoke with him and agreed to have them come back on Monday when the equipment  needed to address would be available (needed an extra long hose and camera set up given the location of the cleanout cup).  Each time dealt with the company (Larry) he would call to let me know status and options.  On the day they came, Larry and his associate were at my home at the time promised.  Spent nearly 3 hours and all is well.  So although a bit pricey, well worth it given the responsiveness and professionalism of the company.  Would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

"Loved Jimmy. Excellent plumber and great customer service"

"Tony was the plumber that worked in my home. I give him an A+. He was extremely professional, polite and provided me with a clear and concise explanation of the problem and recommended solution. I should have used this company immediately rather than wasting time and money with less skilled neighborhood plumbers. I would recommend United Sewer & Water without hesistation!"

"Experienced plumber who arrived on-time and completed the job quickly. Fee was reasonable for the work done. I would recommend!"

"Adrian installed water cutoff valves iin Two huses for me. He was quick and efficient and knew what he was doing. Am glad to have the safety of this in my old house"

"We recently moved to Connecticut and needed a plumber to fix our leaking shower head. I called a few vendors, but they were the ONLY ones that actually have a live person answering phone. We had a plumber in our house within the hour, which is super convenient. They assessed the issue and let us know what their recommendations were and they were back at our house today at 8:15am to fix it. Benny and his assistant were great. Very knowledgeable and communicative throughout every step. They also consulted their boss from time to time to assure their work on point. They covered everything very nicely and also cleaned up after themselves. My husband and I are very pleased and will definitely have them on speed dial in the future if another need arises."

"Jorge responded to my request quickly and was able to come the next day. My issue was with a clogged toilet and he was able to identify the underlying problem and fix it on the same visit. He was very communicative about the process and worked efficiently to resolve the issue in an hour. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing emergencies."

"This was the second time we used H L Bowman for our plumbing needs and we have been impressed both times. Their plumbers are prompt, courteous, and friendly, in addition to being great at their craft. For this visit, I had a leak under a kitchen sink and did not realize that I needed to have the entire faucet replaced. The plumber recommended the closest plumbing supply store and waited while I selected the one I wanted. He efficiently did the replacement. Very happy with H L Bowman and would highly recommend them."

"All Star Rooter was fantastic. gave me a straight assessment of the odds for my cleaning out my leaching field through removing roots and then blowing out with water which I appreciated. Odds were not good but we decided to go ahead rather than go straight into a replacement. Brian and team came over to take a look at our situation before starting and asked again if we wanted to proceed. He was professional and efficient and best of all it worked! I would highly recommend All Star Rooter’s services whether it worked for us or not."

"I am delighted with the services provided by SD&P WaterWorks. Samir's work was exceptional, showcasing professionalism, a positive attitude, and respect throughout. Additionally, the pricing was very competitive . I would highly recommend his services without hesitation."
