Louis arrived promptly, did all work as promised and completed work at price quoted.

Louis arrived promptly, estimated the cost of the job to replace the cast iron pipes.  Also suggested repairing another pipe I had overlooked.  This was a bib job and I fully expected Louis would have to schedule another visit to do the work.  Not the case, he was able to do the job in the same day.  He purchased the materials and spent three hours doing the work.  He cleaned up the basement and took the cast iron piping away.  He then explained all the work he did to me before he left.  We have used Jiffy Plumb before and the work is always top quality.

Prompt arrival by plumber to assess the work and quote a price. Work was done a few days later. Again prompt arrival by the technician.  Excellent work done.  Charge was as quoted. 

Our washing machine drain was clogged and after much work, he was able to unclog the drain. While in the basement, he noticed that the floor around the toilet was wet. It wasn't sealed properly, so he fixed that as well. Very courteous and professional. Came the same day we called and accommodated our schedule. He stayed late. Would definitely use again.

They were good. I like that they were located close to the home and they had good ratings. They were quick and the price was reasonable. They were able to repair the showers. I give them all A?s for their services. I would use them again in the future.

The plumber was very courteous and helpful. I have actually used JiffyPlumb twice (about a year apart). Both times were emergency services as we discovered waste water backing up in our basement. Lesson learned - homes in my area often need to be snaked once a year as a preventative measure because of old tree roots + old plumbing. My most recent experience was positive because they came back out within a week (without charge) to shave more tree roots when the drain was still moving slowly.

John and TJ were phenomenal! They fixed the problem faucet (and a few other minor things) and gave us a good idea on what further fixes would be needed in the future. They could have said we had to do them now and we would never have known - not being plumbers - but they respected our choice to decide when and if to do a minor fix now and a bigger fix later if needed. In this economy, who wouldn't appreciate that! They explained what was wrong and how and why it happened as well as what the complete renovation would entail. You can bet when the time comes, they will be doing it for us. Very friendly, very respectful, on time to the minute, and came in at the lower end of the estimate they gave us. Use these guys, you won't regret it.

The first time they came they didn't fix the problem so I called them and they came out right away to fix it. They were professional and they were easy to work with. I would recommend them but be careful with the pricing.

Fantastic service! Plumber called back within minutes of my calling the office. He could have come out within 30 min, but instead I preferred the next day (a Saturday). He worked quickly and efficiently and was very tidy. I'll definitely hire them back next time.

My call was returned promptly, the workman arrived on time, and charged me the exact price he said he would. It took a lot less less time than I thought it would ( 20 min) which made the end price ($200) seem pretty steep, but they charged me what they said they would. Appears to be working well now, so I'm happy with the service and would use them again.

We called mid-morning on a Monday and George came out at 5:00pm that evening. He spent 5 hours clearing out our main sewer line, kitchen line (both clogged) and two bathroom lines (maintenance). George seemed to go above and beyond the minimum in making sure pipes were clear - he checked and double checked that things were working properly. He did a great job cleaning up after himself. The rates were our ONLY complaint: $289/main sewer line to street, $289/main sewer line in house and $189 per in-house smaller pipe clearing. If you call, ask for George (didn't get a last name, drives a blue Dodge Ram).

I was trying to replace my own kitchen sink sprayer on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. Everything went wrong and I was left without a functioning kitchen sink. Not an emergency, but very annoying. Called Jiffy plumbing and they came right out within two hours. Louis had it fixed within twenty minutes of being there. I was delighted and surprised to get such good service on a Sunday afternoon.

Was able to come out for an estimate the day after I called. Was available the next day for the work once I decided to have them do the work. Did a very nice job and it appears the work has held up nicely so far. The plumber was friendly and helpful. He would let me know if he needed to leave and let me know toward the end of the day that he was close to finishing. He was also able to arrive a little early since I'd mentioned I had some errands I needed to do.

Excellent, on both occasions a plumber arrived within 30 minutes. They were both very professional on the leak the problem was diagnosed immediately, we had thought it was a leaky drain, but it turned out to be one of the water supply pipes to our guest bathroom

He called back promptly and came the same day to give an estimate. After that, we had to call him 2-3 times before he called back and came to do the work. His work was satisfactory.

The plumber was quick and efficient. He found 8 leaks and fixed them all but change a shut off value.

I called and spoke with a live operator, who took my information and phone numbers. Less than five minutes later a plumber called me back and was available and at my home 20 minutes later. Just an hour from the initial call and I had a working sink.

I had a very solidly clogged double kitchen sink. The plumber arrived within 30 mins of the call, and was very professional. Apparently, he had to snake all the way down to the basement pipes to eradicate the problem, and gave suggestions for preventing the problem in the future. He spent about an hour, and was friendly and knowledgeable, as well as neat. He even moved a floor rug out of the way of the potential mess, and tidied up after he was finished. I will definitely use this company again.

The job took about three hours. I've been told by the gas company that my boiler, a HeatMaker, is very difficult to work on, but Mike seemed to have no problem with it. After doing the repairs, he very thoroughly tested the system to make sure I had heat in both zones as well as hot water. He was very nice in spite of my dungeon-like basement, and he tidied up everything when he was finished.

IF I HAD TO DESCRIBE THIS COMPANY, I WOULD SAY THAT THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND PLEASANT. THEY ARE ALWAYS READILY AVAILABLE, AND COMPLETE THEIR WORK VERY EFFICIENTLY.

HE TOOK HIS TIME COMPLETING THE JOB, AND WAS VERY THOROUGH. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE EXTRA WORK THAT WAS DONE WITH NO CHARGE TO ME. HE DID A VERY GOOD JOB ON COMING IN AND STARTING THE WORK RIGHT AWAY.
