He fixed what he was able to and advised me on what I need to do next since the next issue was not the plumbing. When I was urgently looking for someone to come fix the leak I had, everyone else was unable to make it the day of. Andrew made it in an hour from speaking with him. "We recently moved to Connecticut and needed a plumber to fix our leaking shower head. I called a few vendors, but they were the ONLY ones that actually have a live person answering phone. We had a plumber in our house within the hour, which is super convenient. They assessed the issue and let us know what their recommendations were and they were back at our house today at 8:15am to fix it. Benny and his assistant were great. Very knowledgeable and communicative throughout every step. They also consulted their boss from time to time to assure their work on point. They covered everything very nicely and also cleaned up after themselves. My husband and I are very pleased and will definitely have them on speed dial in the future if another need arises."

"Extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and punctual. Extremely thorough explanation of the work to be performed and happily answers all questions and concerns. Very neat and clean, wore shoe covers as to not mess the house. Complex natural gas repiping and new shutoff valve installed. Everything looks and works great and thoroughly tested. Area was cleaned and no mess was remaining. I have used Gerald for several other projects including replacing toilets, faucets, outdoor gas grill service, garden watering systems. Always very happy with the results. I highly recommend him."
