Once project started, all lies and delays lasting years of our lives with constant angst and headaches. Bathroom was never able to be finished, Paul would run out of money and for something that should?ve taken 3 months lasted over 2 years. I am still dealing with paying other companies to fix problems as Paul and his crew are unable to fix mistakes. They will come in and cause new problems. "

His specialty is masonry, patios walls, etc. Great father son team, did my front walkway and patio, with Belgian block edging around all landscaping. Came out beautiful, my wife loves it, added much curve appeal to the front. Highly detailed oriented. Will make sure you are satisfied with the job and will touch up anything you want corrected. Leaves job site clean as it was when he came. Will hire him again for next project. You should too."

"My review of the work I have had done by Thomas Gianni & Sons Inc.. They really did a great job of working on my property. I call their office and asked to get some excavation of removing a couple of tree stumps in my yard and to put down approx. 20 yds. of gravel in an area near my shed. It was just about three or four days and they call me back to confirm to come out the next day, June 22. Their employee came by early in the morning and went over all the project. Figured out what equipment he needed and measured up for the materials and started the work about an hour later. He was very cautious and caring about minimal damaging to the yard. After removing the stumps he graded the surrounding area with the machine to the point where I only needed to rake it out to plant new grass. The gravel was put down flat and clean; not a mess. I would definitely hire them again."
