We do not stain or paint cabinets. Our services are cabinet refacing, new cabinets, countertops, and backsplash, and floors. Kitchen Magic is family-owned and has transformed nearly 60,000 kitchens since 1979. We provide unique kitchen remodeling solutions throughout the Northeast. Cabinet refacing, new cabinets, countertops, and backsplash. Our free in-home consultation and estimate is the best way to discover how we can transform your kitchen in less time, with less stress and at an amazing value. We do not offer to stain, paint, or resurfacing of cabinets.

I was surprised that it only took 2 days. They came in one day and they do measurements. It only took them 2 days to actually do the refacing. They cleaned every night when they left, it was beautiful. Also, I changed my mind on what I was gonna use for the knobs. They put some of them in and I said no I want the handles, and they actually had some in the truck. And then they had them mail me the rest for free. I know the handles had to cost more than the knobs but they didn't charge me any more.
They did have to come back one more day, because of the change of the handles, they needed input from me on where I wanted the handles.

"We regret that this customer had to reach out to us and for this we apologize. This is not the typical Kitchen Magic experience. We have investigated this project. The post job problem stemmed from an appointment that was scheduled by a project manager for the warranty department and should have been the Service Department. When we discovered that the customer needed service, we responded immediately. A Service Tech was sent out 3/10/16 and addressed all of this customer's outstanding issues and fixed them. This was inclusive of replacing the section of back splash. All Kitchen Magic's customers receive a warranty on their work. We were at a home show and ran into them. That is how we met them. I used them for two occasions. They are a cabinet re-facing-type contractor. We also had them do a smaller job on two bathrooms. The kitchen work was pretty good. The key to the experience with them was the individual carpenter who came to do the work and we had a very good one. The countertop work they subbed out. On the re-facing they give us solid wood, new cabinet doors and then they veneer the other surfaces. Overall we were very pleased. Since then, quite recently some of the veneer has separated from the underlying cabinets so I am less enamored with them than I was at first. But overall their carpenter who came was great and the countertop sub was excellent. So I think it was a pretty solid experience. They sent a guy to do the vanity tops and we were not happy with the quality of his work. It is satisfactory, but the joints where the backsplash meets are not well done. I would expect a carpenter to do a better job than that. There is supposedly a lifetime warranty on the work, but I have not taken advantage of it yet.
