Kitchen Magic is family-owned and has transformed nearly 60,000 kitchens since 1979. We provide unique kitchen remodeling solutions throughout the Northeast. Outstanding Kitchen Renovation by Tom, Derek, and Kitchen Magic! I recently had my kitchen cabinets renovated by Tom and Derek from Kitchen Magic, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, their professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to customer service were exceptional. Kitchen Magic used premium materials and high-quality custom cabinet doors, combined with expert craftsmanship, to give my kitchen a fresh, modern look. The transformation is incredible! Tom was especially responsive throughout the entire process—going above and beyond during fabrication, installation, and even clean-up. Both he and Derek ensured every detail was handled with care and precision. Thanks to their hard work, my kitchen has been completely upgraded in both style and function. I had a truly positive experience and highly recommend Kitchen Magic to anyone considering a kitchen renovation!

The entire project from the initial Salesman visit, the measurement and installation was perfect. The quality and craftsmanship of the material, knowledge and professionalism of the installer was above expectations. My overall experience was excellent with the entire Kitchen Magic Team.

Fantastic! Work was performed on schedule and was flawless. Installation of countertops and faucets was perfect, Installers were very professional and left the premises in pristine condition.

They had a deal going on. They were great. Everybody was an A. The sales person thru the customer support thru the people that showed up, and the product itself. Beautiful, beautiful job.
I was surprised that it only took 2 days. They came in one day and they do measurements. It only took them 2 days to actually do the refacing. They cleaned every night when they left, it was beautiful. Also, I changed my mind on what I was gonna use for the knobs. They put some of them in and I said no I want the handles, and they actually had some in the truck. And then they had them mail me the rest for free. I know the handles had to cost more than the knobs but they didn't charge me any more.
They did have to come back one more day, because of the change of the handles, they needed input from me on where I wanted the handles.

The salesman was friendly and knowledgable. Unfortunately I did not do my homework and I overpaid by a lot for the job. The work was completed in one day but they made a mistake on a part of the backsplash. I was told I would be contacted to replace it and I never was. When I called them, they were apologetic and finally sent out a tech to look at it. He explained that the backsplash would be ordered and that I would be contacted. Once again, I have not been contacted and I will have to chase them down again. Not only that but the countertop that I overpaid for now has a chip in it. I barely spend any time in the kitchen and the counters do not get abused. The fact that it is already chipping is upsetting especially because it was installed roughly six months ago. I did not buy top of the line but it still should have given me piece of mind for years to come and I could have gotten much better quality material for the same price if I had shopped around. The install, while done fairly well, certainly has some imperfections. I have used several contractors for other projects since and Kitchen Magic's attention to detail has been the worst. Find a contractor that takes pride in their work and charges a fair price. Kitchen Magic did not do either of those for me.

The post job problem stemmed from an appointment that was scheduled by a project manager for the warranty department and should have been the Service Department. When we discovered that the customer needed service, we responded immediately. A Service Tech was sent out 3/10/16 and addressed all of this customer's outstanding issues and fixed them. This was inclusive of replacing the section of back splash. All Kitchen Magic's customers receive a warranty on their work. We were at a home show and ran into them. That is how we met them. I used them for two occasions. They are a cabinet re-facing-type contractor. We also had them do a smaller job on two bathrooms. The kitchen work was pretty good. The key to the experience with them was the individual carpenter who came to do the work and we had a very good one. The countertop work they subbed out. On the re-facing they give us solid wood, new cabinet doors and then they veneer the other surfaces. Overall we were very pleased. Since then, quite recently some of the veneer has separated from the underlying cabinets so I am less enamored with them than I was at first. But overall their carpenter who came was great and the countertop sub was excellent. So I think it was a pretty solid experience. They sent a guy to do the vanity tops and we were not happy with the quality of his work. It is satisfactory, but the joints where the backsplash meets are not well done. I would expect a carpenter to do a better job than that. There is supposedly a lifetime warranty on the work, but I have not taken advantage of it yet.

The cutting board works great. It's very lovely. We didn't do the remodel consultation because we wanted to spend our money on other things. They called us to ask what we wanted. They were professional and responsive. They cared about what we wanted.

we felt they were a little overpriced however it really is good quality and it has a lifetime warranty while you own the home, the workers were great they cleaned up thoroughly after theyre workday and took away all the debris every day. the kitchen was assembled and countertop was done perfectly very happy with results. the issue we have is with the bathroom we also bought a walk in shower surround and glass enclosure. this worked fine for a couple of months we called they sent a man to check things out he looked at the glass surround and said he thought it was a manufacturing problem as it doesnt close and if did your locked in.we were patient at first he said we would hear from them in a couple of weeks , no call . we started calling them always with the reply we'll call you later on with a reply so this has been going on for month same line every time we talked to supervisors and same reply now after spending 18000.00 I really feel we should be entitiled to a little more than we'll get back to you. We need some help in rendering this , meanwhile my bathroom gets soaked every day.

Presentation by sales rep was outstanding - by far the best of all the companies we interviewed. Work crew arrived on time and were a pleasure to work with. They even made suggestions to improve the job they were doing that involved little if no cost. The job was finished on time and we have nothing but great things to say about them. Yes, you can get your kitchen redone for less with Home Depot or Sears but I have no regrets. You get what you pay for.

The job that they did was wonderful. They were terrific. The countertops look beautiful. The quality of their work is excellent and their workmanship was excellent. The salesman was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I think the price was reasonable. I checked with a couple of others. It is a good company. I would definitely recommend them. I would use them again in the future.

We are very happy with their service. My wife was down there yesterday, and she was happy with what she saw. They did the work within our home. They have a good process and it's standardized. They were very efficient and very professional. They were a little expensive. If we would have shopped around, we could have got the job done at little less money; but we were happy enough with them.

Many calls back and forth between us and their office (Jerri Stocker and others) to set appt and then had to reschedule once on our part, then once they had to resched. Then they sched to send out a guy who then requested we shift our appt later in the day. Told them it wasn't possible. So, he came at originally resched time. He said he was the regional guy and he really wanted to "do our house" after he knew it was an historic house. (We read: I might get a big commission b/c these folks have a BIG house that's got an historic sign on it). He told us how we should tailor the job to fit our needs. He took no measurements, but gave us what we thought was a high number based on really not much thought. He then told us that he could give us a $1,000 "credit" toward our job IF we signed on with him by the next morning. We had 24 hours to decide or we lost our $1,0000 "credit." I told him we had a better offer from Sears and that they were willing to give us $1,000 plus "good customer" credit toward our job without pressure. And, they could offer us 24 mos. interest free financing-- to which he countered, "we have credit programs, but I honestly don't think most people who credit should have it." We were stunned. He started calling us the next morning to see if we'd go with them, and then after ignoring his repeated calls for about 3-4 days, he stopped. As an aside, my husband saw a huge display for them at a local mall - so obviously they have lots of capital and credit lines tied up in their own overhead -- seems kind of hypocritical. Also, the regional rep mentioned above doesn't even have a company emial account. He wrote his gmail address on his business card...... hmmmmmm
