We called for an estimate and were told to make an appointment. In the end, we were charged a "diagnostic fee" for an estimate that was higher than the local dealership and could have been provided our the phone to save our time and money because the repair would not even happen that day. Our estimate also included a charge for shop supplies. Really, shop supplies when no repairs were made. No thanks, we'll have someone who is more honest work on our cars. We received no response to our letter that explained our concerns.

Victor's handled the entire project, working with the at fault's insurance company to ensure a timely and quality result. We needed a time escalation, as we were moving out of state and Victors was able to deliver the results prior to the 4th of July Holiday weekend. Super job, you would never know the car was rear-ended.

Victor's Auto Body has done an excellent job with the front end work on my 2010 Toyota Rav4. It looks brand new since the front end damage occurred. Victor's is the first and only place that I take any of my previous vehicles and current vehicle for body work. Don was excellent throughout the whole process from booking the appointment, letting me know through the whole process what needed to be addressed and how much it was going to cost. Don was able to address the necessary body work while managing the cost, but not compromising the final outlook of the car. The car looks fantastic! I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to Victor's for anything and I will be returning for any future work needs for any of my vehicles.

Victor's did a superb job on the repairs, which involved replacing two door panels and front and read quarter panels on the passenger side, as well as replacing the front bumper. The paint matched perfectly all around. Their clean-up of the car left it literally sparkling. More important, when our insurance company made difficulties about the bumper replacement, Victor's kept us informed and got the insurer to "do the right thing." We've used Victor's several times over the years, and would never use anyone else. They're good at what they do, their professionalism is remarkable, and are always courteous and friendly.

They did an excellent job. Even better than I expected. The service was immediate, and the cost was half of a competetors price. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have worked with Victor's Auto Body twice after two auto accidents where I was not at fault and needed repairs. Both times Victor's was excellent from start to finish. They handled all correspondence with the insurance company, performed a comprehensive inspection of the vehicle, provided an extremely detailed description of all work that needed to be done and exactly what parts were replaced, and provided regular updates regarding the status of my work. Work was completed on time and of high quality. My first accident was more serious and required a follow-up visit to correct an additional defect (minor exhaust issue). Victor's stands by their work and quickly fixed the problem, providing me with a loaner vehicle while it was being done. They were the only bright spot in my accident experiences.

Wonderful. Victor Auto Body was very responsive, and helpful. They thoroughly repaired my vehicle, and when I found a bulb out after the repair, they replaced it (which required over an hour of work) without question. The bulb out may have been unrewlated to the repair, but was in close proximity to it.

I was a little nervous taking the car back after so many months and with an "intermittent" problem. My past experience as a single woman with car repair did not leave me with much hope for a good experience. But as soon as I walked in, someone came to the desk to assist me and they came right out to my car to check the problem. Not only did they believe me, they offered to fix it right then and there, with no appointment, if I had time. I was also pleasantly surprised that their only reaction to it being an "intermittent" problem was that they couldn't be sure to fix it the first time. In the past when I've had intermittent issues with a car, I've been told that there was nothing they could do unless I could replicate the issue, on the spot. But not the team at Victor's. Within a half an hour, the tech had figured out the problem and fixed it for me. I didn't have to sign anything, pay for anything, or come back. Even though I would rather the issue hadn't occurred at all with the original repair, I was very impressed with the way in which they handled the problem today.

Great job - saved me from having a great expense at the dealership.
