"Adam from Gove Restoration was an excellent contractor. He was incredibly responsive, and met every single deadline he had set at the beginning of the project with a high quality of work. Any issue that came up during the process he was reasonable about with minimal cost overrun. His level of communication was amazing, and he was always there for us when we needed a response. Every partner of Gove's that worked on our house was respectful and reliable. We are so happy with the entire remodel of our first floor, and thanks to help from Adam's designs it looks like it was always intended to be built and designed the way it is now. I would highly recommend Gove to all of my family and friends."

"Lux Renovations was very amenable to our project goals and delivered an outstanding finished space for our family to enjoy. Highly recommended from design to finish."

"We hired Dave to do a kitchen and master bath remodel in our townhome. We had very specific ideas of what we wanted to do and had a specific budget in mind we wanted to do it in. Dave took our budget and was very upfront and honest about what we could and could not do and what the best use for our money would be. He helped us create a reno plan achieve the look we wanted within our budget. What we most enjoyed about Dave was that he was on site every day and did most of the work himself. There's definitely something to be said to know who is in your person and exactly who is doing the work each step of the way. Dave was very professional and communication was excellent. He did a great job staying on budget and within the original timeline. We are so happy with the work and would definitely hire him for another project in the future. We've already recommended him to a lot of our neighbors!"

"Chris, Noah, his chief foreman, and their entire crew were truly outstanding. I contacted them initially for a bathroom remodel project because of their excellent reputation in that area. However, Chris is so knowledgeable and easy to work with, that I decided to have them do a complete house remodel. Over a three-month period, they replaced the entire roof, remodeled two bathrooms, three bedrooms, the living room, dining room, basement, sunroom, and a large family room. They put hardwood floors throughout, new ceilings, and totally redid the electrical system with new lights, fans, and outlets. In addition, they did some outside painting, installed new floodlights, and repaired the gutters. I couldn't be happier with their work. We now have a beautiful new home. They are perfectionists and many times would plaster the sheetrock several times until it looked just perfect. They paid attention to every detail, even things like mounting new TVs in the bedroom and family room. Most importantly, they were fun to have in the house. They were completely honest, had a good sense of humor, and were very respectful and sensitive to our needs. Chris would take me shopping for the tile, plumbing fixtures, cabinets. and granite countertops. Talk about personal service. I would recommend them highly for any type of home remodel project. They are true professionals that take a tremendous amount of pride in their work."

"Hired them to do the demo for my remodel job. They were excellent and even finished a day early."

"Timber and Megan are consummate professionals who are timely, hard working and detail oriented. I was very fortunate to have them realize a project that was centered around creating an in-law apartment in an existing space in my home for my father. They worked with me every step of the way which resulted in a collaborative design with a nautical theme. The end result is stunning and everyone who sees it wants to live in it! Thank you Timber and Megan for making my vision a reality."

"Reliable, beautiful painting work. Would hire him again."

"Plow and Property has completed several projects for us on a very old and neglected rental property and we are so glad we found them. The first job was a vacant house clean out. The house was left in truly appalling condition. The cleaning crew worked and worked and worked so hard and so long I was telling them to stop. They made a filthy house fresh and pleasant again. I would not have thought it could be restored to such a fresh condition. The next job was replacing the old casement windows which were rotted wood frames in crumbly 1950â s cement. They not only repaired the window foundation area but other foundation ugly spots as well and put in beautiful new sturdy basement sliding windows. They also re-dug and replaced the adjoining window wells which were undoubtedly the original wells and were falling apart. Regraded the foundation area around the wells and reseeded without being asked. While they were in the basement doing the windows they cleaned a bunch of that up too so itâ s no longer a horror movie waiting to be filmed down there. Everything they did was simply above and beyond. Wesley Vercosa has returned my many questions and concerns with lots of information and smiles, bless him. My retired husband worked in construction for many years and he is happy and impressed with the work. We are planning more work with them already."

"RDO did a fantastic job with our kitchen and bathroom remodel, and we couldn’t be happier! From start to finish, the process was seamless, and the results exceeded our expectations. The team was professional and kept us informed every step of the way. They truly listened to our ideas and brought our vision to life. The kitchen looks sleek, with beautifully designed cabinets and thoughtful details. They finished on time, kept everything clean, and made the entire experience stress-free. If you’re considering a remodel, I highly recommend RDO—definitely a 10/10!"

"I dealt with the owner Paul who really understands all homes are not alike. He gave me options and didn't try and push some deal of the month on me. He was able to custom order what I needed and install it professionally. He even painted the trim and cleaned up the mess!"
