"We had been planning a basement remodel for almost ten years. Our basement was a large, cold, and dim space that, in our minds, was underutilized square footage in our 1950s ranch. After looking through past work and meeting Chris in person, we entrusted Dynamic Basements Plus to bring our dream basement plan to life. Chris and his crew worked with us throughout the process to make optimal design and layout decisions, make crucial choices for electrical and plumbing, navigate the inspections and give us as much basement as we could get for our budget. We were impressed with Chris's attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to make things right. While we did go a little over budget, the choices we made improved the original plan and were lifestyle design decisions. Basement remodels are no short-term project. Over the several months and different phases, Chris's crew was polite, on-time, and maintained a clean environment. My son even grew a fondness for Chris, giving him hugs when he'd arrive and missing him when the project was complete. We are thrilled with our new basement. We now have a warm, cozy, and well-lit place to work and relax and the kids have a space all their own to play. It's almost like having a new house. We enthusiastically recommend Dynamic Basements Plus."

"We knew our kitchen remodel would be a challenging project and that we would not be able to buy anything "off the shelf." Our kitchen space is a cabin from the 1930s with a short ceiling, and exposed brick walls and wooden beams. Nothing is level or square. Gove Restoration and team were able to design and customize not only a functional kitchen with an updated layout, but also one that fits the style of the home. It is truly enjoyable to be in our kitchen now. We highly recommend Gove Restoration for their professionalism, punctuality, and quality."

"We had a great experience with the Lux Renovations and Owens Corning team. The whole process was very easy from designing the space, selecting colors, and having a contract manager who organized the entire basement remodel including all the trades and inspections. We were sold on the Owens Corning materials for the basement and that they were engineered specifically for a basement space. Would highly recommend this team for your basement remodel needs."

"We hired Dave to do a kitchen and master bath remodel in our townhome. We had very specific ideas of what we wanted to do and had a specific budget in mind we wanted to do it in. Dave took our budget and was very upfront and honest about what we could and could not do and what the best use for our money would be. He helped us create a reno plan achieve the look we wanted within our budget. What we most enjoyed about Dave was that he was on site every day and did most of the work himself. There's definitely something to be said to know who is in your person and exactly who is doing the work each step of the way. Dave was very professional and communication was excellent. He did a great job staying on budget and within the original timeline. We are so happy with the work and would definitely hire him for another project in the future. We've already recommended him to a lot of our neighbors!"

"Excellent work for a fair fee . I worked with David who has a gift for home design and repair projects. He is very good at analyzing a project and setting out an efficient way to proceed with it. David has excellent manners and is punctual and hard working."

"My husband and I could not be happier with Ray! We hired him for a complete kitchen gut and remodel. From the beginning he was professional, prompt, and courteous. Renovations are messy but Ray always left our home clean. He was easily accessible and promptly answered our questions. He completed the project on time and I am so pleased with the results. We recommend him without reservations for any of your renovation projects!"

"Timber and Megan are consummate professionals who are timely, hard working and detail oriented. I was very fortunate to have them realize a project that was centered around creating an in-law apartment in an existing space in my home for my father. They worked with me every step of the way which resulted in a collaborative design with a nautical theme. The end result is stunning and everyone who sees it wants to live in it! Thank you Timber and Megan for making my vision a reality."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Rigo and Efrain from Additions Home Improvement, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results! Rigo and Efrain demonstrated exceptional skill and attention to detail throughout the entire process. They were not only professional and courteous but also incredibly efficient, completing the project on time and within budget. Their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction is truly commendable. The value they provided was outstanding, and I am beyond satisfied with the final outcome.
