He started and finished the work exactly on the dates written in the contract. When he finished the job I was very happy but he warned me that the project was big and also when the paint is wet it is possible not to notice some spots which may require more paint. He told me to call him immediately and he will come and fix them free of charge. He was right, there were a few such spots.
