"I cannot recommend Franklyn and his team highly enough. We hired DNF to paint our home’s exterior including gutters, shutters and downspouts. They also painted our dining room trim being extra careful not to damage a custom wallpaper they were working above and below. It wasn’t an easy project and they did a beautiful job. Franklyn came out to view the house and provided a quote within 12 hours of me reaching out. His price was fair and fell right in the middle of the four quotes I received. He let me know they could start in about two weeks and was very communicative over text and email leading up to starting the job. I think the best thing about DNF is they are a family business. "This was preparation of an estate house. There were lots of different colors, dark wood, and paneling that needed to be painted. After putting in the request for a painter Dale Harrington owner of Painter's Plus responded within half an hour (on a Sunday). By Tuesday his crew of 5 was on the job and 6 days later (including Saturday and a Sunday work) the entire house was completed exactly to the realtors specifications. We lined up 4 companies to give us bids.  3 showed up and I was impressed with the detail that Mark went through the house. He asked a lot of questions around our expectations, what we wanted done and our expectations.  I was left with the feeling that Mark and his team would do a very good job.  We wanted the job done as quickly as possible as we were not going to move into our new house until the painting was done.  Out of the 3 companies, MDF was one of the lower prices. In addition, they clearly outlined the cost of labor and the amount of paint estimated, it was then up to me to pick the quality of paint.  MDF was able to get very high quality paint at a great price.  One week after the proposal, we had our pre-work meeting in which Mark (the owner), the job supervisor and I went through everything.  Not only did we go through the details of the job, they brought samples of the paint colors I picked out and put them up on the wall.  That way I could make sure I was comfortable with the paint colors prior to purchasing all of the paint.  The team then started immediately.  They worked through the weekend and the main two floors were completed in 6 days.  It took one additional day to lay the epoxy down on the basement floor. 

The qualify of work was great.  They did a good job repairing all of the nail holes in the walls.  They removed some wallpaper we had up and the newly finished walls look great. The trim was painted expertly.  The crew protected our new carpet and floors.  They cleaned up after themselves.
