However, TMS was available, and they were not If the price had been more in line, I will probably use them as my regular."

"They cut out the old dry wall, removed any and all mold, then replaced the dry wall, placed a tub and shower unit, they had their plumber come in and adjust our piping and install our new shower head and tub faucet all within 6-7 hrs. "I contacted 14 contractors over the course of 2 and 1/2 years to replace and paint exterior trim that was causing leaking into our unit and the unit below. No one else would take the job due to the degree of difficulty. They had to do the work on the back of the building using 60 foot ladder and 50 foot on the front of the building in frigid weather during late December and early January. It was not cheap, but reasonable due to the conditions to take on the job. They not only replaced and painted all trim where necessary, but prepped and painted all the trim on the back of the building and some extra on the front at no extra charge. Very pleased."
