While I appreciate the goal of a new bathtub/shower replaced in as little as a day working until 9 PM is not acceptable. When setting up the appointment it needs to be stated very clearly what the expectations are for the day. As I said, Iâ m very happy with the finished product but 20k which includes no installation cost is way too much for what was actually provided."

When he removed the tub there was a lot of water, rot and mold so the floor and parts of the walls needed to be replaced. He did an excellent job, paying close attention to details; it was obvious he takes great pride in his work. After the job was completed, Bob wanted to make sure the rot didn't extend downstairs, and when he poked a hole in the ceiling below, sure enough, the water damage extended to the first floor. I will be having him repair this damage next. He and his crew were always on time, courteous, and left the house cleaned up when they were through each day. Mike did all the tile himself, the shower and the floor, and the work is flawless. Just as impressive was how he ran the job. His crew was on site at 7am every single day until the work was done.
