"It went very well, they started on my preferred date and worked 6 days a week for 2 weeks to complete the job. I had expected it to take at least two weeks. They were punctual, polite, friendly, and thorough. It was 20 years since it was last painted so there was a lot of prep work that was needed. They also had to remove wallpaper from 6 rooms, prepare the surface, then repaint. I was very satisfied with the results."

"Robert Baum arrived promptly as promised to deal with a section of the ceiling which had had been badly damaged from repeated soakings from an overflow A/C pan in the ceiling. Some years earlier workmen had blocked the overflow pipe to the outside of the house which led to the pan overflowing and pouring into the ceiling. The other problem was having to match the decorative swirls in the 1956 built house. Robert arrived with a younger man and on the second day with a third very young man, an apprentice. I assumed both were relatives of Robert's. Their expertise, workmanship and efficiency was truly impressive. The care they took when protecting the walls and floors of the house was unbelievable, the interior to be repaired was turned into a cocoon of plastic sheeting, most furniture, paintings and carpets were left in place. I was left with a tidy, clean and and totally working house and a ceiling that looked like new. I have nothing to add to a previous comment from a previous customer , the work by this company is "superlative". This workmanship and courtesy reminded me of the "old times" when quality and reliability were expected and provided and I would recommend this company to anyone in need to deal with a problem interior. "This is the kind of guy you want on your job. Name a quality as a tradesman, he has it - responsive, punctual, skilled, hard working, reliable. But perhaps his best quality is as a person: he's honest and fair. When Troy schedules something, tells you what has to happen, gives you choices, you can be sure he is giving it to you square. I've used Troy numerous times and he has always created solutions and improved the project. I've called him on a Sunday after botching some electrical work and he came right over, and for a very reasonable price. He can do anything. He is also very tech savvy and can make your head spin with his digital estimates with photos of the work. I highly endorse Troy Rosebrock. Great guy.

"Bob and his gang were really great. They were reasonable, flexible, and easy to work with. They were able to accommodate each of my requests and the paint looks fantastic and was done in such a short period of time. Our whole house was preped, including wallpaper removal, and painted from top to bottom in less than a week. I am happy to recommend them."

Hanging wallpaper may seem simple, but in practice it requires significant planning and finesse to make it look professional. To start, you need to get an even application of wallpaper paste across all of your wallpaper, which requires experience and large pasting tables to get right. You also need to plan out your design and match it exactly so that you don’t have imperfections in the finished product. It’s often better to hire a professional wallpaper hanger who can get the job done properly for a clean, smooth finish.
The average cost to hire a professional wallpaper hanger is around $575 per room, but it’s not uncommon to see prices range from $175 to $1,400 or more for a single room. Your total project cost depends on the wallpaper quality, room type and size, and whether you must remove old wallpaper. Since room size is one of the most significant cost factors, you can use a price between $1 and $7 per square foot to estimate your wallpapering labor cost.
It depends: You can wallpaper over non-coated wallpaper, but you should never wallpaper over vinyl-coated wallpaper. This non-recommended method will cause the new wallpaper to fail to stick, which can lead to bubbling, imperfections, and even mold growth between the layers of wallpaper. Consult a professional wallpaper hanger to determine your existing wallpaper type or remove the current wallpaper and paste residue so that the new wallpaper will adhere properly.
Spring and fall are the best seasons to apply wallpaper because excessively hot or cold temperatures can cause issues with the paste used to attach the paper to the wall. A professional wallpaper hanger can help you decide if your home is too hot, cold, humid, or dry for the wallpaper to stick properly.
Hiring a professional wallpaper hanger is usually a worthwhile idea because, while the application of wallpaper itself is easy, getting the finished product to look good is complicated and takes a lot of practice and patience. A professional wallpaper hanger will not only be able to hang your wallpaper seamlessly, but they will also get an even application of wallpaper paste to avoid bubbling and imperfections immediately and over time. Plus, they can provide their professional opinion on whether to remove or wallpaper over an existing layer of wallpaper.
