"Mark provided a very fair cost estimate for the work to be done in painting a two bedroom apartment and kitchen, including closets. All work was complete and professional, with complete covering by the paint, clean edging and clean-up. I live out of state, so he provided updates via video of work done. He was also accommodating in removing medicine cabinet, taking down and replacing curtains. He did the work himself without sending a team of unknown helpers. "DAVID IS AMAZING ! I have a 10 foot long closet that i tried fixing myself 3 times and it was a nightmare that wouldnâ  t end my clothes were all on the ground and my room was a mess ! Nobody would take the job and if they were willing to hear my story their price was astronomical. I called the cleaners and builders and David and i agreed on a fair price and picked a day for him to get started working on the closet, his flexibility was perfect for my schedule. He put the closet up extremely professional and was nice and upfront about the whole process it was extremely hard to find an honest handyman and let me tell you for now on heâ  s my guy ! Also as a bonus after the job was done he followed up came back to check if everything was good and also refunded me the amount from the materials that were refundable after the job was done. 10/10 in my book ! "I cannot recommend Franklyn and his team highly enough. We hired DNF to paint our home’s exterior including gutters, shutters and downspouts. They also painted our dining room trim being extra careful not to damage a custom wallpaper they were working above and below. It wasn’t an easy project and they did a beautiful job. Franklyn came out to view the house and provided a quote within 12 hours of me reaching out. His price was fair and fell right in the middle of the four quotes I received. He let me know they could start in about two weeks and was very communicative over text and email leading up to starting the job. I think the best thing about DNF is they are a family business. "The price was fair for the job done which is important however the overall job was mediocre at best. My kitchen is challenging with an 18' cathedral ceiling. I anticipated the highest parts of where the wall meets the ceiling the paint lines might not be perfectly straight. Even managing my expectations... not a single paint line is straight, they are all wavy, at the baseboard, around the door, where the ceiling height is only 8' - not a straight paint line to be found in my kitchen. Jose was very nice, cleaned up when the job was done and seemed to work hard. For those reasons I would have liked to give a better rating but when I look at the details, the job is just barely adequate."
