"Service was horrible and extremely unprofessional. The owner Oscar threatened me with releasing my address to the public, cursed at me, and even tried to move me out of the way in my driveway. Ended up calling the police who gave them a week to come back to fix the damage they caused by driving their trenching machine across the middle of my 50 yard front lawn with heavy frost. Resulting in the killing of the grass and creating tracks that we now have to stare at for the next four months. All I was looking for was a resolution to how damage was going to be fixed and they refused to do anything. The office representative even hung up the phone on me when I called to report damage. "

He came once but stated he forgot the ant control for exterior and that he needed to come back the following week anyway to determine if what he set for mice showed any activity. I followed up with him again and he said he didn’t recall if he had come back. Made another appt and again he was a no show. He stated then that he cancelled all his appts due to rain but forgot to reach out to me. Made a third appt and he again was a no show. Attempted several times to reach out again and no response. I requested refund to go somewhere else and he also has not responded. I would like a refund for the $300 paid in cash to him."
