As an absentee landlord I am concerned when hiring workers because I have no way of verifying the service was completed properly. My tenants had very positive comments on the professionalism and concern of the technicians. I highly recommend Richland to remove your pests.

I use Guardian Pest Control. They were here last year. I have them out once a year. My house is really tall and it's hard to get up to where these carpenter bees like to live. I kind of don't blame them for not wanting to climb that high but it would be better if they did.

They are good, very thorough, very responsive, they listen when you have a concern. They also are willing to come back after the weed control to make sure no weeds returned or they'll do another application for free.
