Not only did he set up traps where we knew the mice were, he took a look around our condo, inside and out, to try to figure out how/where they were getting in and come up with a plan for prevention. Chuck was very responsive after his visit as well and was happy to follow up with us. His prices were also really reasonable. Would recommend his services to anyone!"
