Mike was prompt and professional and the testing process went as anticipated. While he was inspecting the attic for signs of mold he noticed an unrelated issue and brought that to my attention. When the testing results revealed that the house indeed has mold that needs to be remediated he was able to provide recommendations, upon my request, for a couple of reputable firms. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Willow Environmental to anyone in need of mold testing.
Description of Work: Examined house for visual signs of mold damage then performed testing. The following week he followed up with testing results and recommendations.

Willow Environmental was very thorough and professional in all aspects of their work. They promptly confirmed an appointment, arrived at the specified time, completed their testing in a reasonable time frame and submitted a detailed report less than a week after the test date.
Description of Work: Willow Environmental provided in-home air quality testing in response to a buyer's inspection of our property prior to sale of the house.
