But excellent responsiveness and service. Found Olf Faithful here on Angie's list, as plumber did not do well tanks. This time Joe came when pump stopped working. It was replaced a few years back by my plumber, so was surprised it stopped working after a short time. Plumber told me he would be a lot cheaper than well service companies. So Joe pulled up the pump, and told me that the pump was fine!! I think we were both very surprised. The plumber didn't tie down the electric cable appropriately, so it frayed, then finally broke off, resulting in lost power to the pump. I wouldn't have had a clue if I was told the pump needed replacement, so while it cost me to have the cable replaced, it would have cost more with both new cable and pump. So am grateful for company's honesty. The old saying goes here. In the end, had I knew of Old Faithful to install the pump properly, I "might" have paid more initially. But would have never needed a follow-up repair. That old saying rings true. You get what you pay for!!! Very satisfied with professionalism as well as honesty of this company.
