I had an emergency heating pipe leak on a Sunday afternoon. Bill was able to walk me through turning off the water over the phone, got to my house in a reasonable amount of time, and replaced a pipe that was very difficult to reach in the wall. We definitely appreciate their help!

I hate to say anything nice, because a good plumber is like a hidden gem restaurant, with low prices & great food, but Bill Duncan is a find. If this means I cannot get him when I need him, wait until my next review. Bill is a good plumber, knows his stuff and has reasonable rates.

Bill was amazing! I was so lucky to find him and he solved my lack of heat in my family room that had been plaguing me for three seasons now. Four previous plumbers failed to fix a vapor lock and low pump pressure Android his fresh approach finally solved the issue!!! Thank you. Highly recommended.

Two really nice guys, they were prompt, professional, efficient, and showed up on short notice after the other plumber who responded never showed or reached out to say they weren't coming even a day later.. They were also willing to do extra work that I asked them to do on the spot, made multiple stops to get the pieces needed, and got the work done just a few hours later. All of this was reasonably priced, and they meet me at my asking point as far as cost. Will save their info for the future and won't even bother to open up another project here.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Bill over charged for the water heater and disappeared when we asked for a receipt. He charged $2500 for the tank + $800 for install when the tank cost is about $1200.

I would suggest that when in someone house they put on some kind of cover over there boots so there boots do not scuff Wooden floors

He fixed the problem but caused other problems. He took 3 hours to replace one zone valve. He left with other problems to fix later. The fixed zone valve did not work due to wrong wiring. The second visit to fix the other problems took 2 hours and charged 2 hours for 2, him and his assistant. I think I was over charged due to his carelessness.

The work done was slower than expected (elapsed time, not on the job time). There was a small leak in one of the pex connections and the shower head was almost touching the ceiling. The shower drain was glued which would have been okay if there had been a clean-out, which there was not. The job seemed rushed and not the quality I expected given the cost.

Bill Duncan returned my call within hours and was there the next day to look at what we needed done. He did the plumbing for the entire bathroom and we were completely happy with his work and cost. We needed to do a few things in between - tiling etc. - but when we called to get him back he came within a few days. Could not be happier and am telling my friends and family if they need a plumber to call him!

Leaks in several different places/instances within days of work being performed. Unprofessional attitude in that he blamed us, his own assistants and other contractors for his leaks and sloppy work. We incurred significant extra costs to fix his many mistakes and damage and are still in the process of resolving these issues. He was unable to take proper measurements and ending up installing the tub drain, toilet, and vanity sink plumbing all in the wrong places. All this had to be redone. Not very punctual; one time he didn't even show up or inform us that he wasn't coming when I had stayed home from work to be present.
