  Louis and his team were wonderful. They made the whole process stress-free and even enjoyable. Louis is so well organized and made sure that each step happened as quickly as possible. As soon as one step was finished, the inspector was there within a few days so they could move on to the next step. From framing to floors to backsplash to heating and lighting, all of their work was high quality. Every team member was extremely professional, and Louis was always available to communicate about each step and decisions that needed to be made. We really couldn't have been happier with their professional work and would recommend Perfectview Remodeling to anyone. Thank you so much to Louis and your team. When we were getting deep into the project Patrick was able make on the fly adjustments to make every thing work. These guys have a lot of talent, and deliver quality.   Outstanding! Gove Restoration is an outstanding contractor. From the initial estimate, through construction and the final walk through, Adam Gove and his team operate as true professionals. Their knowledge of the industry, meticulous attention to detail and commitment to customer service is unmatched. We hired Gove Restoration to make our 1st floor enclosed porch and 2nd floor open-air porch in our circa 1757 home structurally sound, stable and usable. The foundation, walls, floor and ceiling suffered considerable rot and were on the verge of collapsing from water damage through the years caused by incorrectly placed gutters (which they also fixed). The process was straightforward and top-notch. Adam was on the job site constantly. Any concerns or questions throughout the process were addressed immediately and issues were resolved quickly and thoughtfully with our budget in mind. Adam’s crew are all well experienced in their trade, are courteous, and their workmanship is excellent. Gove Restoration made a project that I was dreading remarkably pleasant and stress-free. We are incredibly happy with how the double porch turned out. Thank you for turning a dilapidated, unusable space into a safe, functioning area my family and I now enjoy daily. My only regret is not using Gove Restoration sooner! I look forward to our next project together

  The job presently is about two weeks from completion and I will be editing this review when work is completed. But overall it has been a very good experience working with Lou. He is accessible, knowledgeable, easy to work with, hard working, fair in price, willing to listen to the customers ideas and issues and has ideas of his own that he comes back with. His men are also hard working, honest, knowledgeable, and want to do a good job. After a days work, they leave the site clean and picked up. The one issue I had at the beginning is that there was no design print of the garage and entry room to see how it would look before construction began. When I saw how high the framing looked, I became concerned, but Lou assured me that when the area was sided and roofed, it would look different... which it did and matches perfectly with the adjoining new home I live in. My experience with perfect view, so far, has been very positive because he has been there to manage every step of the way and wants to do the job right and also is willing to do extra construction related things that are not part of the actual job

  Got 8 quotes, this company had the lowest responsive price. Started within 48 hours of notice to proceed, estimated 1 month of work, completed in less than 3 weeks even with requested extras. Owner checked the job progress at least once a day and when he was dissatisfied with some minor issues (which we didn't notice) he had his men do the work over again. He held his price and was reasonable on requested and required extras. We have recommended him to others who have also been pleased with his work. He is detailed, conscientious, accurate and accommodating. This wasn't an easy or straightforward project (building had to be supported while demolition was performed) and it went very smoothly.   When Victor first came to my house, he offered to take off his shoes even though my first floor was entirely tiled and no need to do that. I was then impressed by his action and believed that he cared about the home owner's house if I would give him this project. From then on, Victor came by my house a few times and reviewed everything on his itemized contract and answered all my questions and concerns. Victor and his crew were always punctual, professional and efficient. During the construction period, any problem or question we had, he was always there to listen and tried his effort to correct problems. He was always accessible through phone, email and text message and his working hour was beyond 9am and 5pm. Victor has very good sense as far as connecting new section to the old section of the house with his knowledge and experience. He designed a bridge, which well connects the new second floor to the existing second floor over the top of our old roof. He made it possible to joint the two sections consistently and none of the section looks differently from each other. Victor posed himself as a project manager and he went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. He kept up with his schedule. With a lot of rainy days in May, he kept up with his timetable by sending his crew working over holidays and weekends when needed. It took him 3 months to complete building my addition with moving in condition for the first floor, just as he promised, not a day less nor a day more. Everything came out beautifully.
