Never gave any problems with contract, and extras that where performed. Treated fairly for extra's. Contract was replacing under-structure of 200 year old building, as well as preserving historical aspect of building. Project included ripping out of old floors and beams. Install new laminate beams, jacking of home, installing new beams, with new sub-flooring. Installation and finish of new oak flooring. Sanding and finishing of existing floors throughout. Rebuilding and installing new closet. Painting, papering and sheet rock work. I was a electrical contractor specializing on service to customers, for 36 years. Sold business 8 years early to retire.
