We had researched before calling him and hence were not as ignorant as he thought us to be. We also had an idea of the price for the service we were asking for. In fact, his estimate was close to our expectation. But when we were asking for other possible options (since he had limited choices) he said if and quot; we can afford a Ford then Mercedes will seem expensiveand quot;. Who talks to customers like that? when we said we need to think this over since we have a few more estimates to check, he said we have to decide immediately . We wanted him to leave the estimate so that we could think it over. He declined and left. What a waste of time!
