The sales person came in on time but he was not interested in listening to what we wanted. He had very limited choice of wood floors and only two choices of carpets. We had researched before calling him and hence were not as ignorant as he thought us to be. We also had an idea of the price for the service we were asking for. In fact, his estimate was close to our expectation. Who talks to customers like that? when we said we need to think this over since we have a few more estimates to check, he said we have to decide immediately . We wanted him to leave the estimate so that we could think it over. He declined and left. What a waste of time!

Efforts were made to also match the existing shingles (fortunately, I had held on to the packaging when when had it done and the company that made the shingles was still in business) So far so good.
