The best review I can give is that if we had to do it all over again we would rehire Savvy Builders to build the addition. Their head carpenter was a master at his craft. We added this addition onto an old 1840 farmhouse so they had the job of marrying the old structure to the new addition. When we had questions or concerns about anything, they got right back to us.

The best way to describe finding Savvy Builders and Ed is grateful. He took over a project that many would not do and turned around a nightmare situation that included errors from our first contractor into a home we are proud to call ours. The quality of the work is wonderful, communication was always there and the finished product speaks for itself. When you hire this company you can trust that it will be done properly, which is priceless.

What I was most impressed with was timeliness and cleanliness. Job was completed ahead of schedule and my yard was cleaner after job completion than before.

Mr Atallah meet all our needs and deadlines, was open to suggestions of a demanding home owner. Took the time to meet with us time and time again prior to signing our contract and then again during the construction and remodeling phases. He went to great lengths to ensure we (the clients) were COMPLETELY satisfied.

These guys were very responsive to my needs and budget. Good quality work. Ed was professional and a good team leader. Work was done in a timely fashion.

They were great at helping develop an estimate for the insurance company. They were clear in explaining options and what needed to be done vs. what else could be done. They showed up on time, worked fast, always answered the phone when I called, and everything went exactly as they said it would.

Ed is totally trustworthy and has been honest at every turn in the process - potential risks, potential impacts, potential benefits. Ed worked with all required inspections and was fantastically responsive at every point in the process! I did not have to worry about details being forgotten or disregarded... :D Ed and his team can also be counted on to be accessible with any questions or concerns you may have AFTER construction is completed and all the $ exchanges hands... that to me is truly magical :)

Excellent! Ed is a true professional and his workers were phenomenal. Everything was installed with precision and expertise. I would absolutely hire them again, and definitely recommend them.

Due to a number of issues, many beyond the control of the builders, completion of this project took long than hoped. But the quality of the workmanship was excellent. The Savvy crew took an "ownership" interest in the project, giving it their full care and attention, righting even the slightest issues. Change requests were handled professionally and without taking advantage of the situation. Ed Atallah is well experienced and a fair but exacting leader of his crew. His contacts list for both products and subcontractors is excellent, allowing us to achieve significant cost savings. My mistake was using an off-site architect, whose availability was often spotty. But I was able to discuss may needed decisions with Ed Atallah and felt I received solid advice from a well practiced contractor.
